  The dictionary.com app has a little microphone beside the search button you can use to do a voice activated  search.

  I use Little Speller. It has prerecorded lists or students can record their own voices, then hear themselves speaking the words. They then unjumble the letters to spell the words. No context for the words - just spelling lists. My SN  kids really enjoy this app. I haven't been using it long enough to evaluate long term retention of new words.
