I am one of Two AP's at the school and have been in this role for 1 1/2 years. The new role has been both challenging and rewarding and i'm really enjoying the job I'm doing. My job encompasses : SENCO Leader- from ORRS , High Health, to moderate learning needs. Due to the large number of special needs students I have set up a new way of managing and liasing with all the T/A's. I am setting up an Extension and Enrichment Programme and am working closely with the Principal in planning and implementing PD at staff meetings.
