Passionate e-Learning educator, Mother of 3 boys.  : ) 

Mid 2012 I left a Year 3 digital classroom, where I was teaching using macbooks, ipads and ipods, to take up a position as Blended eLearning Facilitator .5 online and .5 in schools.

Online Facilitator – National Blended e-Learning PLD Programme. I currently work for CORE Education in the Te Toi Tupu consortium for the National Blended e-Learning Programme as the online facilitator for ICT PD Online and Enabling e-Learning.

A big part of my role is to help build a sense of community identity in the VLN community groups space. I'm here to help support partnerships within our social network - which may include brokering relationships between cluster groups and others within the VLN. I will also be able to support cluster personnel to create groups, connect with their localised communties, upload summaries, share material and discuss effective strategies for teaching and learning.

My educational background spans 22 years - all in the winterless north. It includes classroom teaching at all primary levels, The Arts lead teacher, ICT advisor, Head of Curriculum and now online and in school facilitator for the Te Toi Tupu consortium. I look forward to connecting with you online to support your teaching practice.

At home, I am the mother of 3 boys and wife of one. : )
